Whilst your child is at Bourne, you are automatically a member of our Parent Teacher Association team.

We call it Friends at Bourne or FAB for short.

Our FAB team are an organisation responsible for creating  a better environment for pupils to learn. They do this by bringing pupils, parents and teachers together to raise invaluable funds to strengthen our school community.

Most recently, funds raised have been used to buy 30 new laptops and a charging trolley. Without the investment of your time and efforts,  the school simply could not afford to ensure that our children have regular exciting events such as discos, movie nights, summer fete and an annual pantomime show. Not only that but we have started regular coffee and cake mornings to tie in with your parent session at Forest School.

We don't need a lot of your time - even wrapping a few gifts for the Christmas fayre, serving refreshments at performances or calling local businesses could be really helpful to us!

The FAB team creates connections and  relationships, keeping everyone 'in the know' about what's going on in the school and wider community. By being an active member of the FAB team you will be able to support our school and our community to be able to share resources, opportunities and tips to support your child and all children.
